You don’t know the real value of something until you lose it.

If you use the in Mac as much as I do, then you’re sure to notice something’s wrong with it. The scroll bar isn’t displayed on the right-side of the Dictionary window when viewing Wikipedia articles. I noticed this a few days ago and I thought the program got corrupted somehow. Well, there’s nothing wrong with the app. rolled out new features recently that somehow screwed up the integration with the Dictionary application in Mac. So the solution is to turn-off the new features in

Step 1.
Close the Dictionary application.
Open the Safari Browser (may not work with other browsers).
Go to the main page.

Step 2.
Log in to your account (create a new account if you don’t have one).
Check the option Remember me (up to 30 days)

Step 3. Click on New features at the top of the page.

Step 4. Turn off the new features by scrolling to the bottom of the page to where it says Turn me back!.

Step 5. Click the Turn new features off button.

Step 6. Open the The scroll-bar should now be visible when viewing Wikipedia articles.

Note: If somehow your Safari’s cache gets deleted or your login details expire, you may need to do this all over again.

Now imagine you lost everything you have–and got them all back again!

Lesson: Be happy with what you have.
