hey guys! i have a 1.1.2 iphone jailbroken and unlocked! i want to update to 1.1.4 but i am nervous that it might not work! should i do it? any other tips? im not sure if i should do it, as they say, if it aint broke dont fix it!

I successfully jailbroke my ipod touch 1.1.4 using ziphone 3.0.

I can see the installer app on the screen now and can use it.

However, there is a weird problem.

I cannot sync my music and videos to my ipod touch. My current music available on the ipod touch also does not play.

Any idea what the source of this problem could be and how i can rectify the same??

Just upgraded from 1.1.3.to 1.1.4 and worked just fine!
The shop next door is taking 50$ to do that, and half a day!

I have a 1.1.3 iPhone previously unlocked and jailbreaked with ziPhone, I just followed the instructions and restored using 1.1.4 and unlocked and jailbreaked using ziPhone 1.2.5c (Windows XP) and everything seems to work OK! I was able make phone calles through my mexican provider Telcel GSM (Mexico City), connect to Internet using wireless, etc. Everything seems to be working fine. Gerardo Costilla

So, i bought an iphone 1.1.3 a few weeks ago, and i unlocked it with the ziphone 2.4. As the new version arrived, i wanted to uptade. So, i did as you say. Made every step that was on your website. I am now using with T-mobile. It’s working…

I have followed those directions but while restoring the 1.1.4 firmware it failed and now my iphone isn’t detected by iTunes.The iphone has a 1.1.2 firmware and was unlocked by ziphone.
